Submissions are reviewed by our Partnerships and Platform teams. You will receive an acknowledgement and a defined next step after evaluation.

Response Times and Service Levels

Uheru maintains transparent, predictable response times to keep you informed. Our service levels are designed to be fast, accurate, and reliable.

  • General inquiries: acknowledgement within 1 business day; substantive reply within 2–3 business days, depending on issue scope
  • Critical issues (service disruption or security incident): acknowledgement within 1 hour; updates at least every 2–4 hours until resolution
  • Developer submissions: preliminary review within 3–5 business days; final determination within 5–7 business days, subject to submission complexity
